What appliances are included in the unit?
Units feature a full kitchen with modern appliances. All units include washer and dryer. Contact our leasing team for the full list of included appliances in your specific unit.
Are utilities included in the rent?
No, the resident will be responsible for all utilities.
How do I apply or pre-lease?
You can submit a pre-lease interest form on our Contact page and our team will follow up with you. For a formal application, visit our online portal application. We recommend reaching out early — units are limited and leasing is already underway.
Is covered parking available for my unit?
Yes, covered parking is offered subject to availability. On-site storage units are also available to rent separately. Ask our leasing team for current rates and availability.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes! The Exchange is pet-friendly. There is a one-time refundable pet deposit of $300 and a monthly pet fee of $30. Contact us for details on approved pet types and any breed or size restrictions.
When does The Exchange open?
The Exchange is opening very soon! We are currently in the pre-leasing phase and units are going fast. Contact us today to secure your spot before the official opening. Early applicants get first pick of available units.
