No, the resident will be responsible for all utilities.
How do I apply?
You can submit a lease interest form on our Contact page and our team will follow up with you. For a formal application, visit our online portal application. Units are available now on a first-come, first-served basis — reach out today to check current availability.
Is covered parking available for my unit?
Yes, covered parking is offered subject to availability. On-site storage units are also available to rent separately. Ask our leasing team for current rates and availability.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes! The Exchange is pet-friendly. There is a one-time refundable pet deposit of $300 and a monthly pet fee of $30. Contact us for details on approved pet types and any breed or size restrictions.
